A patio is where you actually spend time outside, so it should look good and stay level. GLS Concrete and Masonry pours new patios and extends existing ones around Fort Worth and across Dallas-Fort Worth, from a clean broom-finish slab off the back door to a stained and sealed patio that ties into an outdoor kitchen or fireplace.

Plain gray concrete is not your only option. A stained and sealed finish gives a patio a warm, mottled color like the amber and brown patios in our photos, and the sealer helps protect the surface. Stamped patterns are available on request. Whatever the finish, a patio gets the same groundwork as a driveway: a compacted base, reinforcement, joints spaced so the slab cracks where it should, and a slope that moves water away from your house.
