Initial estimates are non-binding and may require an on-site assessment before a final quote is provided. Written quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Work begins once you accept the quote and we confirm scheduling.

5. Service Area

We primarily serve Fort Worth, TX and surrounding communities. We may decline service, or apply additional charges, for locations outside our standard service area.

6. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellation

We will work with you to schedule service at a mutually convenient time. Please provide reasonable advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Any applicable rescheduling or cancellation terms, including fees for missed or late-cancelled appointments, will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

7. Your Responsibilities as a Customer

As a customer, you agree to:

• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the areas where work will be performed;
• Disclose known hazards or relevant conditions at the property;
• Make payment in accordance with your estimate or service agreement; and

Payment is due as set out in your estimate or service agreement, typically upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods identified at the time of service. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to fees as disclosed in your service agreement.

9. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. The specific warranty terms applicable to your repair, installation, or equipment — including coverage and duration — will be provided in your estimate or service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLS Concrete and Masonry is not liable for damages arising from conditions outside our reasonable control, including pre-existing or concealed defects, acts of nature, or third-party actions. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
